Yet another festival on the cards... the inaugural Soundwave festival will hit Sydney, Brisbane and Perth in February.

Saturday February 24, 2007 - Brisbane (Riverstage)
Sunday February 25, 2007 - Sydney (Sydney Park, Newtown)
Saturday March 3, 2007 - Perth (Robinson Pavilion and surrounds)

Second announcement to come... rumours of bands for that announcement are MxPx, Lostprophets, The Bronx and Yellowcard, but unconfirmed.

I'd go for Unwritten Law alone, the rest is just gravy! Hell yeah!

EDIT: The Bronx have been confirmed.

The Deftones, 18 Visions, Thrice and someone else are playing Festival Hall in Melbourne on one night and +44, Unwritten LAw, Juliette and The Licks and The Format are playing another night.....probably why they are bypassing Melbourne with this festival.
