This is a rap I wrote about the South Sydneys. It is a positive rant about the upcoming NRL season. The lyrics can be found below.....and here is a link to the YouTube video clip:

It's the 5th tackle option - will they run it or kick?
Will they give it to the half back to give it the boot?

The South Sydney Rabbitohs are stronger than most
Yo! They score another runaway try under the posts
They got the hard hittin' pack and the backs that can fly

And they wanna win the NRL comp in 2010
You can almost smell the fear in the teams that they play
And that's what matters most at the end of the day

Last year I uploaded a song about each NRL team from the perspective of a New Zealand Warriors fan. Those songs were all positive about the Warriors beating everyone else. This year I wanted to do something similar but from the perspective of an NRL and rugby league fan. This time, each song is about a particular club and focuses on the fact that all teams should go into the 2010 NRL season with confidence, knowing that all clubs are level on zero points as they approach the kick-off!
