That's great news! Especially as I support Melbourne! Good choice as I have seen quite a few Storm shirts here and Sth's drew a decent crowd in 05.

I hope they make the games part of the Reds membership packages, could entice a lot more to become members.

what if they made a WARL membership, which entitles you to entry to both NRL games all reds home games & WARL GF. obvioulsy would cost more than the regular reds membership but could be a good package if it isnt TO pricey.

If WA get some big numbers to these games, the NRL will take notice. I have no doubt that Rusty will be there as this is a new initiative for our lub and he'll be doing everything he can to make it a success. If anyone here knows someone who has anything to do with running the Reds, I'd be telling them to ring Souths and discuss the possibility of having Rusty do some promotion for you while he is over there. He is keen to drive the game along and would probably put his hand up to appear at a function or something of the sort for the Reds leading up to the Souths game over there.

the thing is they have to keep bringing NRL games here every year to keep the interest levels up not one game very 3 years!

but as Brownie said hopefully this is the beginning of the end of the reds exile!

I hope the WARL/NRL/Sth's promote the heck out of it and we get close to a sell out. Anything over 11,000 for the pre season and 15,000 would be a great start.
