Souths Honeymoon OVER

Ummm I wouldn't be too cocky. We were down by just as much at the same period last week.

So the fact that our team has now got comparisons with souths is just another reason why our season is over for this year and major changes need to be made to the lineup for next week.

Does anyone remember the impact Joe Williams had when he started for Souths at half-back, the same thing will happen to us if we inject some young blood into the team!

Still saints doing that to the bunnies is no surprise where as last week many people were surprised with the ease they beat us.

Melbourne win, surprising, but IMO after watching that game melbourne lost it more than souths won it. And last week, well look at manly, second last, no surprises there. Its good to see the bunnies playing with passion again but with 4 mins to go its 50-12!!

Some stats :
Souths completed sets 21-36.......not good enough
" Missed tackles 49 and counting
" Line breaks saints 10-3

Pretty much souths have had a reality check today, cant say im surprised.

Times must be tough when we start comparing ourselfs to Souths.

As someone else has stated previously, there is a great divide between the top 4-5 teams and the rest.

The fact that we beat the bulldogs and should have beaten Penrith. Great divide? I think not.

Whose honestly a better side? Wests Tigers or Souths? So what if we didnt play as well against the roosters and saints and they did, look at performances as a whole, what happens in two weeks doesnt mean we're crap, each team has a hiccup just we like have, even souths , roosters and saints have them.
