He might play one or two games quietly and then he will have to let go.

Whoever is coach when he gets back, basically needs to sit down for a day and watch videos of how Robbo used him and try to replicate that success.

Also, Lats needs to find his love of the game again. I think that’s why he’s playing up.

Then she encourages him to play fast and fair and because he loves her, he behaves.

All Latts needs to do is tone down the mongrel. He's been trying too hard and listening to too much of the noise. Happy to see him knuckle down at his familiar left centre possie and focus on quality possessions over too much slog work from fullback which is not his go and dilutes his quality for the sake of quantity.

With our 2 best wingers out longish term, why don't wee have a crack at Mamalo to be piloted in for a few cameo appearances. He's currently being shopped around.

He would comfortably outshine Milne (who has tried his best and not been terrible it must be said) and Thompson. He has had some very good quality ahead of him at the Titans but we need a big, strong metre eating winger that can help us through yardage and knows how to touch down with AJ and Ty Ty out.

Dopey Demetriou should have been terminated at the end of last season.
Management, whomever it comprises of, have a lot to answer for.
The problem with the"oh we will allow JD to see out this season" approach is twofold: 1. The club will become used to being the new St George or Balmain and conceeding 30+ ppg every contest. It will, along with being pathetic, become the norm & 2. The fringe A Grade players - Gagai, Mamezolous, Hawkins, Shaq M, Duncan, Young Gray et al cannot be fairly assessed because the team is so horrible.
Look at Taaffe he seems to have grown a leg at Canterbury and good on him. He even puts good kicks in. Under dopey Demetriou he seemed to simply stagnate, as almost all the players have. Gone backwards under a dope!

As much as I was not a fan of Burgess as a player, one of the dirtiest I have seen (not as bad as Rapana ). He came of a breif moment in your history where the idiots (read players) ran the ship and hard work was valued. Getting him back eventually after he grows up socially, would be a good idea.
I see Maguire has been mentioned and he could be the man. Bennett you need to steer clear of as he helped created these problems

A fair comment about bennett and madge but for me Sam burgess was my favourite player of all time what team would not want sam burgess in their team the answer is they all would want samb.
