The Director General of the Department of Gaming and Racing has ordered an investigation into the Panthers and Phyro Holdings. Phyro Holding received almost $3 million for advertising, marketing and legal services. Cowan, his wife Phyllis and son Max [who is also the Marketing Director of the Panthers] are the directors of Phyro.
