Well had to work for that one. As well as Stoser stepping it up, Hingis was becomming fatigued. You could see her struggling and she started making a lot more unforced errors. Champions find that little bit extra though.

Most likely. I only started watching at 5-3 or whatever it was in the second set, and I thought Stosur was playing quite well and then looked at the score and realised she was well behind on the board.
She fought well towards the end of the second set though. Which is awesome, and hingis stil has a lot to offer tennis. You can see it in her, she doesn't have 100% fitness and form and she is still a classic player.
