I have a secret love of show jumping

Maybe it's all that upper class totty on display, but something about horses jumping stupidly high fences really fascinates me.

Maybe I am secretly waiting for the hoity totty to fall and break their f**king necks

Sports I love.
Rugby League
Surfing (although my enjoyment of last year's tour was soured by the appointment of Joe Turpel as a full-time commentator).

Sports I may watch
American Football (usually only when I'm in the States, it's way harder to get into without a bunch of enthusiastic Americans around you).
Basketball (sometimes incredibly boring, sometimes awesome).
Tennis
Rugby Union (big games, don't make it to the end without frustration at the boring, overly conservative play kicking in all that often though).

Sports I do not watch
Soccer (zzzzzz, dive, zzzzzz, dive, zzzzzz, 0-0 draw. Great game).
Motor racing

Games that should not be considered sports.
AFL (I still can't believe people can take this 'sport' seriously, it's an assault on the eyes and on the mind. A complete embarrassment to the country).

Love watching
RL, cricket, darts (just great fun with a big crowd if not actually a sport), NFL

Will watch
Boxing - if quality - wouldn't dream of watching Mundane or similar
RU internationals - despite the fact I despise the snobbery of the sport, the fact that they are big events and often competitive makes them watchable. Oh and the commentators for some crazy reason seem to think its important that they sell the positives rather than focus on a negative for 20 minutes.

Can't stand
AFL - I just don't see the appeal at all.
RU other than internationals - when the sport is stripped of any 'event' status and can be seen for what a dull affair it is.
Football. Was a fan as a kid but I find it really hard to watch a game now.
Basketball. Overhyped nonsense of a game.
UFC/MMA etc - thuggery dressed up as sport, with little or no skill visible at all. Compared to the skills of top level boxers its a child with a crayon against Van Gogh.
