Rosehill is as close as you get to the bang centre of Sydney and part of the second CBD

Warwick Farm has charm but honestly it’s of provincial standard at best and it’s in Liverpool, knock the merkin of a place down and put more shitty apartments up.

I want to see what Waller has to say… that merkin has some pull.

Used to love Rosehill from a betting perspective especially but since the extreme weather of the past few years that track has gone to the dogs in more ways than one, & nothing has been done to improve it
There’s plenty of history in the joint but I’m okay with losing it eventually…will probably visit 1 last time before it discontinues
If the Farm gets upgraded then fine, as a flood plain region it can’t be developed on anyway.
TBH would’ve expected Canterbury to go first of them all however I think it’s used as a quarantining station for OS horses racing in Sydney. Don’t quote me on that.
Anyway, life goes on or something cliched like that

Good to see Pride of Dubai making breeders look a bit dumb in recent times,given up on so early because he wasn't getting the speedy nerd 2 year olds. Now that his horses are maturing and getting better with age, they are firing. Group 1 winner in New Zealand today with Desert Lightning to go along with Bella Nipotina, Prince of Jenni,Dubai Honour,Deny Knowledge, etc.
