Fire up sharks fans and get down there this week at 5 30pm for Sharks V Panthers.

Yeh they aren't in a good position, but they need all the fans to rally behind them and get these next 3 wins.

We dont owe them anything but Im gonna keep giving cause thats what supporting a team is all about. Think about those poor bastards supporting teams in the English premier league who's greatest achievement is to make the Premier League....

I know that by simpling being on this forum all you wish the best for the team every game. I have not lived in the SHire for 10 years and would give my right nut (thats the good one) to be able to get to the games every second week like you guys can.

What is a true supporter?
Some numbskull with blinkers on who will keep coming back week after week for another slap in the face?

I think our club needs smart supporters.
Those that say we love this club - and it's legacy does not deserve to be left in the hands of ungrateful imbeciles.
That is our duty.

Blokes like Rick Bourke and Sludge would have been certain they would have seen a premiership in the next 33 years after they played the '73 Grand Final.
They didn't and they would have been hurting about that.

True supporters are hurting too and it's not acceptable.
We should have our name on that cup.

By all means go along and send the message you love the Sharks.
But when the boffins look out and see a full crowd, believe me, the only message they see is 'We must be something right, look at the crowd.'

If they look out and see a ground a quarter full....
They start to worry about their jobs.
They start to think, 'hang on, what if these people never come back?'
They start to look for solutions.

Smart supporters are what bring change.
Never questions the actions of sharks fans who have stuck with this club thru all we've been thru.
