I love these, basically you pic three workouts that work different muscles.. For example today I did inverted rows, alternating side lunges and pushups. And you do six reps of the first, 12 reps of the second and 8 reps of the third and then repeat and keep going for 20 minutes without rest. It's awesome.

Make sure to have a good mix, inverted rows are pull, side lunges are legs and pushups are a pushing workout, so they can work together. You could do chinups, alternating one-legged squats and military press if you want something harder etc.
