I refused to buy the blu-ray releases due to Lucas tampering with the original masterpieces. I found some 1080p fan cuts as close to the originals as possible & went with them. f**k you George, you will not get any money from me again. Stick your 3d shyte up your arse.

For clarifacation, when i refer to Star Wars I'm talking about the original 3eps 4-5 not the 3 new ones. They dont count.

The original Trilogy is inseparable from my childhood and a large part of the reason for my love of Cinema and SciFi. The Episodes were fine, one was even great, but they were all worth making and enjoyable to watch. Star Wars is a hell of a legacy and Lucas Haters kind of annoy me.

As an aside, a friend of mine had a bit part in Episode II (she was also in production for that one) and still has Japanese fans send her the Cast photo with letters asking her to sign the pic. Really bizarre letters. She was a Senator (one with a full alien mask) and one of the misc Jedi's, bugger all screen time and most of it in an alien mask, but some fans are that keen.
