I'm no Star Wars fan but I have my cousin from Sydney over and while I downloaded NFL Head Coach he asked if I could download SW. So I did.

Wow!

It's pretty fun and id imagine the full game would be unreal. It seems to have a level up system, i've been after a good 'level-up' game for a while, this may be it.

Perhaps FU pirates would be a better line. Piracy discourages investment in PC game development.

People buy games (for more $$$ than for PC) for their consoles where as PC gamers just download off a torrent and add a crack to get a game working.

You DO realise piracy is just as valid in the console market dont you ??? If you dont, you're stupid.

I thought the demo was very meh. Targeting system sucks and doesn't allow you to use the powers fluently in a fight IMO.

Ofcourse but it isn't quite as easy.

It takes more than a little bit of software to pirate console games.

People have been flashing the firmware on the 360's DVD drives for a few years now, it then allows you to boot copied discs.

The newer models coming out have a DVD drive that currently is not able to be flashed.

I thought the demo was excellent, I'd completely lost interest until I played it. Force gripping a TIE fighter and throwing it into a group of Stormtroopers is an unreal feeling .

Picking it up tomorrow, can't wait.

Finished it off today. Story was awesome, combat was fun, graphics/sound amazing. Just lacked a little bit of polish imo, maybe i was expecting too much.

Too short, traded it in for $85 today at EB (cost me $79 brand new last week at JB).

It could have been much better, but it was good. They spent too much time porting it to as many platforms as possible and not enough time making sure the 360/PS3 versions were everything they could be. If the developers of the PS2/DS/PSP/iPhone/n-Gage/Mobile versions worked on multiplayer for the PS3/360 versions instead then it could have been something amazing.

Oh well, I can definitely say I got my -$6 worth :lol:.

I can't believe they let it happen. I think the logic is that they offer a 7 day refund policy as well so if they can trick dummies into trading instead of getting a refund then they will be better off, but they've forgotten that other stores also sell games and are way cheaper.

good game and all but as ParraDude Jay said, it was too short, i will trade it back in for Fifa 2009, that better not be a let down

My son has been nagging me about this for ages (he already has Force Unleashed and wasn't all that impressed).
