Hi All,
Please see below this weeks stats and facts. Hope you enjoy the read.
Cheers

Dragons v Bulldogs @ Win Stadium

DRAGONS – IN: Chase Stanley OUT: *1 to be omitted.
BULLDOGS – IN: McDougall & Eastwood OUT: Lafai *1 to be omitted.
· StG Illawarra have only lost twice in a season to the Dogs on two occasions in 2002 & 2006.
· Ben Barba is looking to pick up his 50th NRL try in just his 67th game.
· The Bulldogs haven’t enjoyed the journey south the the ‘Gong’ with their last win there back in 2007.
· The Dragons were 6 in a row against the Bulldogs before their loss earlier in the year.
· Brett Morris is 19 tries from 21 games at WIN Stadium – Loves the joint!
· The Saints are averaging their fewest points per game in club history, only twice this year have they topped the 20 points

Cowboys v Broncos @ Dairy Farmers Stadium

COWBOYS – IN: Morgan , Thorby, Paterson, Faifai loa OUT: Segeyaro * 3 to be omitted.
BRONCOS– IN: Hannant, Gillett OUT: Parker, Slyney & Wallace
· The Broncos have covered the line 8 of 10 times this year when they have had to concede a points start at the line.
· This an alarming stat, The Cowboys have beaten the Broncos only twice at home in their history and not one since way back in 2006.
· Brisbane have won 8 of the last 10 between the pair at any venue (Should have been 9 if not for Matt Bowen Brilliance back in round 2 on the bell).
· The Cowboys have only defeated 1 top 8 side this year, ironically it was the Broncos.
· The Broncos possess a greater Dairy Farmers Record than anyone with an 83% win Strike rate.
· The Broncos are keeping the scoreboard attendant busy – 90 points in the last 2 games.

Sharks v Warriors @ Toyota Stadium
SHARKS – IN: Carney & Gallen OUT: * 2 to be omitted.
WARRIORS – IN: Luck OUT: Mara
· The Sharks are 8 from 12 v Warriors at Toyota Stadium
· Jeremy Smith on Fire! He has scored 3 meat pies in his last 4 games.
· The Sharks have won their last 5 at home.
· Warriors have claimed the last 3 wins between the pair, including the last 2 at Toyota Stadium.

Eels v Rabbitohs @ ANZ Stadium
EELS – IN: Tautai OUT: * 1 to be omitted.
RABBITOHS – IN: Geddes & Peats OUT:* 2 to be omitted.
· For you pick the score lovers the Eels have won only twice this year both a 29-20 score line (Sharks & Manly).
· The Bunnies have claimed the last 3 duals.
· Sandow a big game or quiet one against the old firm?
· The Eels might not be scoring a bucket load but they are silky of the boot – best in the comp @ 89%.

Titans v Panthers @ Skilled Park

TITANS – IN: Prince, Bird, Harrison & Myles OUT: Dowling & Michaels *2 to be omitted.
PANTHERS – IN: Jennings, Grant, Earl & Lewis OUT: Coote * 3 to be omitted.
· The Gold Coast has just one victory at home to their name this year.
· The Panthers have never posted a scoreline v the Titans of less than 22.
· The Titans have claimed just 1 win from 5 at home this year.

Tigers v Roosters @ Leichhardt Oval

TIGERS – IN: Farah & Moltzen OUT: Sironen & Humble
ROOSTERS – IN: Pearce, Mitchell & Justin Carney OUT: Arona * 2 to be ommitted
· The Tigers are on the hunt for their 8th straight victory.
· Robbie Farah is on the hunt for his 50th Career try in his 179th match. A win for Farah would give him 100 career club wins, Chris Heighington would enjoy this feat too.
· The Tigers have only covered the points start at the line twice of their 10 attempts.
· The Chooks love Leichhardt and have won their in 6 of their last 7 visits.
· Joel Reddy should he get a run will play game 100.
· Squeeky clean Tigers…. The first 5 rounds they conceded a whopping 38 (7.6pg)penalties. The last 8 rounds just 31 (3.8pg). They have halved their penalty problem.
· Beau Ryan has scored 5 tries in his last 4 Leichhardt oval games.

Sea Eagles v Storm
SEA EAGLES – IN: King OUT: *1 to be omitted.
STORM – IN: Slater, Smith & Cronk OUT: Blair, Kelly & Manu
· The Storm has won their last 4 post origin matches.
· The Storm has conceded just 28 Tries this year and just over 11 points per game.
· Manly are 7 from 10 v Storm at Brookie.
· Miserly Monday nights – The Sea Eagles in 2 of their last 3 Monday night games at Brookie have held their opposition to zip. This doesn’t read well for the Storm as they have scored just 10 points in this time.
· Manly have won 14 of their last 15 at Brookie and haven’t lost a game there since 2008 whenever the name B.Stewart has been present on the team list.

Two things that bugged me:

· Sandow a big game or quiet one against the old firm?

This is neither a stat or fact. It is a question.

· The Gold Coast has just one victory at home to their name this year.
· The Panthers have never posted a scoreline v the Titans of less than 22.
· The Titans have claimed just 1 win from 5 at home this year.

Stats 1 and 3 are the same, just worded differently.

Otherwise, good read and useful at playing odds if betting.

Would like to know the Storms winning strike rate without Slater.

That stat might be a bit misleading given many/most of his games he's missed has always been missing Smith and other origin players as well so obviously that won't be a fair reflection.

Though it would still be interesting to know what the win/loss percentage would be without him taking out those games in the last 4 years or so ago. It'd be useless going back any further given our team has changed so much in that time and in that respect i'm not sure what indication it'd give anyway.

Can't believe the stat about the Roosters winning six of their last seven at Leichhardt. The game they lost there last year they were denied a try from a alleged forward pass. The inclusion of Anthony Mitchell is significant as well.

In saying all of this, the Roosters will probably still lose! LOL

Anyone heard which team the money has come for between Manly and Melbourne??
Just caught the end the J. Daffy segment re big bets being placed on NRL this weekend and he was suggesting something was up with one of the Monday night teams that hasn't been announced yet. Problem is I didn't get to hear which team he was referring to.

Anyone catch that this arvo?
