Boots n All did a segment on an old Souths hooker in the late 70s, used to make 50-60 tackles a game. Of course there was no record of how many tackles he actually made, but they said in one of the matches he made about 70 tackles. Cant remember his name though.

O'Meley made 260 in a game in 03 i think. And Steve Simpson made 255 in a game back in 02.

For hit ups in a season it'd be someone like Steve Price or Hoppa i'd imagine.

I don't know about the rest but the record for most metres by a player in a club game (1998-onwards) is 343m by Wade McKinnon.
