I would give Kearney a bit more time. But having said that, he's quickly losing ppl's patience. He has made some questionable calls:
- Lasalo so far does not look like a first grader, a fringe first grader at best let alone put in as their starting backrower
- Esi Tonga and Ben Roberts do not improve Eels as a whole, a bit more depth? Sure, but Parramatta need more than that to improve as a team
- Ryan Morgan, another player who has shown little so far in first grade, few strong defensive displays but lacking a lot in attack
- Where to play Hayne? His best position is still fullback, don't mess around with that
Having said all of that, you gotta give the bloke at least this year to show what he can do or achieve on the field, there are deeper problems than just Stephen Kearney himself.
