Sterling on air apology to Fitzgerald

On the Sunday Footy Show Peter Sterling apologised on air to Dennis Fitzgerald in regards to comments suggestion Fitzgerald leaked Lyon's letter to Hadley.

There were reports a couple of weeks ago of Fitzgerald sueing Sterling over the comments.

Noooo....obviously Sterlo and Fitzy have had a chat and Sterlo believes Dennis didn't tell R*y....AND/OR Sterlo knows who did tell R*y.

I want to see the rest of the Sterlo apology where he goes... "I know Dennis didn't leak this letter, but the person who did is ___"

Parramatta NEVER denied a letter exsisted they simply said that the contents of the letter were not the same as what Ray Hadley aired on his program.

I wouldnt have apologised to the cat Fitzgerald. He is doing his best to ruin this great club. He doesnt deserve an apology for anything!!!

What relevance would that have to whether it existed or not?

In any case as Flatch said Fitz has publicly acknowledged the letter does indeed exist and so has B Smith.

Okay should be better worded, have the contents of the letter been publicly acknowledged..
either way water under the bridge people, surely we have better things to talk about than what happend months back :roll:

Smith acknowledged the contents in a published interview months back and even said his missus rang Lyon about it but Lyon neatly sidestepped her.

As you say, it is all old news now.
