Ive tried to ignore it, but i can't no longer. Its the most stupid and pointless ad that i have ever encountered on my idiot box!

Seriously, what does this ad hope to achieve? Its say a lot about nothing, and just tempts people with 1/2 a brain to report anyone who looks at them oddly.It is terribly patronising, and i can see why they got such a moderate wanker to deliever the message.
Does anyone else find this ad amongst the most stupid of all time? What does it achieve exactly? What a waste of taxpayer money. Yes, terrorism exists, but for goodness sakes, i think we have all worked that out over the last 18 months. Absolute stupidity

I think they should get Siimon Renyolds to remake those Aids TVCs from the mid 80. Instead of Grim Reapers knocking down innocent families with bowling balls, they'd have a whole army of Osma Bin Laden's tossing down bowling balls at crying scared mums, dads and little 'uns. And I'd piss off Steve Liebman, he doesn't scare me. I'd use Crocodile Hunter to do the voice over.
In fact if they wanted to stop terrorism in Australia it would only cost 20 cents. Enough to buy some gaffer tape to put across John Howard's mouth.
If diplomacy is "speak softly and carry a big stick" John Howard is a midget yelling, jousting with a toothpick.

I think it is all part of the evil ones attempt to be seen as a wartime leader.
It has more to do with consciousness changing and scaremongering than terrorism.
It is an opportunistic piece of government funded advertising for the twig excuse of a prime minister rather than any serious attempt at prevention.
I mean this has been the governments modus operandus for the last few years.
Basically we have been bombarded with military type advertising.
The footy was swamped with army,navy and airforce ads,(for the past couple of seasons) so was the cricket last year.
It also demonstrates the independence of the media and the government,I don't think.
Howard is comfortable using Packer journalists to promote his agenda,Packer is comfortable using Packer journalists to get free exposure of his people on the other channels.
To me the whole thing stinks of corruption,but using so called terrorism as an excuse, the circus continues.You know it is the festive season and now we can tell the folk how it isn't,but they won't give a f**k.
This is all to cosy for my liking,but the overtness of the government now makes people think that this corrupt behaviour is normal and they are being almost morally bankrupt if they don't join forces to push their own barrows at the expense of the people.
Come in suckers and don't forget to send your kids off to some foreign land to get killed.
If Coward Howard really wanted to make a military statement maybe he would talk to the country about North Korea,but they are into nuclear power,not plain ordinary old petrol.
Mind you it is interesting to see a change in Liberal philosophy.It used to be overtly divide and conquer,but their level of sophistication has increased and now they covertly condition the whole population.

I have seen this ad again a few times recently (actually I only catch the beginning ofit because I channel immediately).We are being bombarded ( no pun intended ) with this Leibmann prick.I feel like jumping through thetele doing this turd some severe damage.
