Not sure if it has been brought up but when he hit Hayne high, Matai keep walking away from the ref while he was still being talked to

I remember a game against the Sharks a few years ago when Peachey was sent off for doing that.

I'm surprised Matai didn't have a contrary conduct charge to answer on top of the high tackles
