Hang on Millers it works both ways. I asked a question about Cathy Freeman yesterday and Da Vinci comes out with I am having a go at her. Nothing could have been further from the truth.

I was just pointing out I disagreed with his opinion on Stevens and yes I was having a dig too, but as I said, it works both ways.

ok so they have maximum points on nrl.com for the specific CHARGE, but the judiciary can change the charge if you appear? i think that must be right

I don't trust nrl.com all the time. I'll show you another error with the Stevo thing to demonstrate it. It's minor but nevertheless an error. Probably by the webmaster.

That should only be 20% loading for prior non similar offence.

I don't know at this time and am not going to bother looking. The last time it was going to happen though was recently when Kane Cleal ironed out Bryce Gibbs. Manly were going to fight that one till Graham Annesley came out and said that if they did the contest the charge it was highly possible the grading would go from Reckless 5 to Intentional X. Manly copped the plea just as Cronulla have.

They don't charge him for them and they can't be used to establish guilt of the charge on the charge sheet, however, the judiciary is a kangaroo court and are covered to do whatever they want with this
