Hey this one in quickly before the next game, I'll be brief.
Frustrating night. We weren't fat away, could just never get a lead. All 5 tries being more luck than skill off 5th tackle kicks says it all about the two defenses on show. I thought our goal line defence was terrific.
I'm sick to death of dud bunker decisions against in close games though. Annersly can defend it anyway he wants but you can't lend weight to a tackle to gain advantage and that's what happened.
Overall thought the forwards plugged away well but the halves and backs didn't get much of a chance. We just failed to sustain pressure at key points, we need more patience against the better teams.

The comparisons with last year have started but I do feel we are going better and significantly so. This game aside our attack has been fine and tight losses at brookvale and against penrith and storm are not the end of the world. The problem is we bottled the dogs game and instead of 4-3 we are 3-4.
Huge game this week where dragons always turn up and this year are in form. If we lose, the top 4 is a long shot IMO
Need to find a way.
