What orders? What has Gallop done wrong? He has to maintain the integrity of the judiciary.
The three wise men have exercised their right to sue.
Waldron also had a right to sue Brown but used his common sense and decided not to.
Any comments you make have no merit and are just a reflection of your bitterness towards the underachievement of your hybrid club.
Then why am i not bitter towards other clubs that haven't been forced upon the Rugby League community by a multinational corporation?
I have no issue with Melbourne as a city, or Victoria. I'm glad some Mexicans have gotten behind Rugby League.
That said, Melbourne Storm are a stain on rugby league in my opinion. There was no grass roots movement to get a club in the national comp, no junior clubs begging to have their players represented, no movement by fans to get something up.
There was a franchise made to replace foundation clubs as a business venture. That club is funded by News Ltd, which takes a large share of the NRLs takings. Those takings come from the other 14 clubs.
People can argue about Brisbane, NQ etc being franchises, but these are areas that love Rugby league; it would be a spit in the face of hundreds of thousands of fans not to include them. But,
Melbourne?
2 premierships, a whole "sport mad" city and yet the trophyless Sharks still get better crowds. Still, the rugby League community has to prop up the 'southern experiment'.
Yet it's not just the idealogical aspects of Melbourne that offend. time after time, some of the dirtiest, most filthy behaviour on field comes from the Storm, yet most are extolled as heroes by the Media.
Billy "Stomper" Slater. Danny "King Hit" Williams. Grapple tackles, choke holds and chicken wings, and Peggy Waldron will sue you if you get so sick of it that you defy the gag order and tell it how it is.
f**k the Storm, f**k News Ltd, and f**k you too.
