I can see why you’d hate the storm tactics of ripping your outside defence to pieces lol. Big Nelson totally dominated your pack and you might want to look at the lack of mongrel in your side.

It's nothing new that Nelson always pushes the boundaries on legal play. Part of the problem is he's a head taller than everyone else. He really grubbed it up last night. Unfortunately his old mate Dale wasn't there for long enough to put him in his place. I look forward to the return bout at Shark Park.

Being a fan of the 'old' game, I don't see anything wrong with it. The only time it becomes a problem is when it comes to consistency in refereeing this sort of play.

When we went straight thru the middle, with composure, we made good yards. It is when we went off track, off plan and lost composure things got messy. Two times… Munsters f**king second half restart, we got rattled and then boom..try.that was coming all day after that kick..papi goes right and Hughes and the others..key here is others go left..big hole in the d. Fixable.

second is right after Williams drops the ball.. we are on the roll and then bang composure.grant should not have got that ball down but that is what they do, find a way to win.
We are the grasshoppers and cannot cross the rice paper yet without breaking it, but we are on the way.

Agree. Finucane injury stuffed the rotation. Williams not ready for longer minutes. He is a quality over quantity player. Tolman did some excellent clean up work at crucial times but isnt going to bend the line. Love the fact that Fifita is back but he looked a cumbersome at times.

BHU out is a big blow as he is the power runner. Need Royce to step up and grab his chance.

This is something I touched on last year. Williams is terrible offensively under fatigue.
