Yeah I saw it last night too and thought it was great. Did think it was a bit rushed, especially towards the end. But it told the story great. Not exactly an easy story to tell either because there were so many different things going on at the same time.
Another thing that was great about it was that you didn't need to be a hip hop or rap fan to enjoy the movie, or know what was going on. I went with the missus who didn't know a great deal about the rap world other than a few of the names and songs, but she loved it. Even got me to put on some of my old rap stuff on the way home in the car.
