I dont think Webb would get 200.......150 sounds about right to me.

But if we got em both we would be a much better side than now.To me thats woprth 350k a year, and we would still have change enough for a Donald.......

Webb,Stringer,Donald.......i like the sound of that.
I reckon Webb would be asking for $200,000 as he already has a couple of big offers to go to England. On top of that he is also an ex-origin star and still young enough to get back their!I agree Donald is a very good player with pace to burn and also a try scoring machine, however I wouldn`t be all that interested in him as we have 3 very good young centres in Collis,Harrison and Halatau.Next year i`d definately be playing Collis as 1 centre with either Harrison or Halatau as the other.Obviously whoever misses out would play in the second row. With that in mind obviously Richards will be one winger meaning i`d play either Elford,Fitzhenry,Greally or Jermaine Alberts as the other.I don`t mean to ramble on about young players being ready, but i`m almost positive that either Greally or Alberts in particular will be ready to not only play but star in 1st grade as of the start of next year!

Gee I hope you are right......but Im not as confident about generation next as you........a lot have fallen by the wayside this year that were supposed to be stars.

Lets hope you are right, but I reckon most of the blokes you have mentioned are a year or two in PL away from being first grade stars.

Cheers.

Yeah, well you can never be 100% sure if a young player will handle the step up to 1st grade, but on the other hand, you will never ever know unless you give them a good crack at it.One thing for sure is that we must sign 2 quality go forward, forwards so that whoever plays in the backs atleast gets plenty of room to move therefore have no excuses!

Don't you think they should at least be given a chance in First Grade to prove themselves? Gravy and Rob are just rotting in Reggies at the moment. Much like Amos Roberts did at the Dragons last year

And why are they in reggies....cos they arent shining there. If they were playing the house down I would be jumping up and down screaming for them to be included.

But Im ot going to get all hot under the collar about blokes that are average PL players.

Cheers.

These 2 guys looked to me to be the corner stone of our forward pack for a few years last year. They probably thought the same. They didn't get a run in the first couple of rounds, despite us losing 2/3 of our first games. Their heads drop a bit, and before you know it they've lost their confidence, especially when guys who have been under-performing (Graham) and out injured for over a year (Beuttner) get selected for what was always a make or break game for us this year (V St George). If you give them a chance they will thrive.
