Probably the fairest outcome

We will pay more for two years - win for JS

this also holds us to account to be the team that he wants to be part of the success and top8 to Top4

Doesn’t give him the 3 or 4 years but gives him more now vs other club offers and he can show his stuff for more $ later - if he is good enough

if ??

Love it. Glad this is officially sorted. Absolute machine. Now hopefully JDB stops for 1 minute and remembers the club that looked after him financially for 2.5 years when he was a silly boy and goes yep I owe them and resigns for 2025
It will be sad if he doesn’t

we have the cap space

The club should give him a bit more for 2025 with a mutual option

The Coachman’s are ready and should play NRL in the second half of the season

This may be the reason the Club hasn’t offered Jack a longer deal

We have a production line of good middles & edge forwards heading toward first grade

Yeah.. we don't need JDB. If he won't take a year less after we overpaid for him, whilst he was not even able to play the game, plus stood by him again when he hid under a bed mere weeks after returning from his lay off at the bbq.. then I would tell him get f**ked. Its completely up to him.. for all the carry on about JDB being such a machine, and a team man, and a stalwart, and whatever other loose definition we want to use.. he has the option to stay. And he doesn't want to take it.. and he's dragging it through the media. I'd pull the offer. See ya

Coincides with how long coach is signed for. Good reasons for a player and may show some respect? for this coach.
