Warrington sign Australian hooker

Super League high-fliers Warrington have signed Cronulla hooker Michael Sullivan on a two-year deal. The 25-year-old, who will join next season, has played 14 times in the NRL this season, scoring two tries.

"Michael's talent, pace and ambition were key, and at 25 his versatility and availability are significant bonuses," said Wolves coach Paul Cullen.

Meanwhile, Chris Leikvoll, Toa Kohe Love and Danny Lima have all signed one-year extensions with Warrington.

"All three players have earned the right to have their contracts extended," added Cullen.

"We are a better team when we have them fit and confident.

"Their experience and ambition to succeed with this club are vital to our progression, as we continue to rebuild during our transition from a bottom-three club to a top-three club."

think im gonna stay permanently on stage 2 over this

mainly angry at sullivan for wasting our time but also it was surely bloody obvious he had a gambling problem and someone at the club should have stepped in

I'm still waiting for Sully to say that he is excited about playing the ESL. I'd say I will probably be waiting forever.

I love to shop at the duty free shop!

Chris Leikvoll? Wasn't he once a Dragon nuffy?

Bah, the Kojak look is back.

You'd think the cold weather would entice him to keep it longer.

Absolutely, older men have their hair cut like that to hide a receeding hair line (I cut Robos like that).

He is sooooo much better looking with his long locks.

A casual at work turned up the other day and asked me why I had a photo of Sully over my desk. He used to play for the Northern Eagles with him and commented on what a great bloke he is. I could only agree.

He had long-ish hair on boxing day and has had it cut mid week, he also had a long sleeve t-shirt on cos it was cold, ponce. Jamie Lyon started that fad off last year, also another (fat pig chasing) ponce.

Sully will be sorely missed. :(

Which player was it from the Northern Eagles?

Scott Hutchison, don't know what grade he played. He is a nice guy, makes a change from the other dud casuals we get at our office.
