Sunday Afternoon Games at Parra Stadium

I think that it's an absolute joke that in 2010 we only will have two Sunday afternoon games at Parramatta Stadium. Round 2 Vs Manly & Round 24 Vs Tigers. We also had a home game at ANZ Stadium Round 6 Vs Souths. Games at night don't really help our crowds. Also, anyone who is a season ticket holder who works nights like myself. It makes it hard to get value out of your season ticket.

unfortunately footy is made for the tv audience these days so no more day games.

but i would like the sat 530 game to be played earlier at 2pm or 3pm and then televised at 530. why not?

It's not up to the clubs, and it's equally unfair on every club not just Parramatta so there's no point whingeing.

Anyone who has to work wknds regularly probably shouldn't invest in a season ticket, myself included. It's just not worth it as it ends up you can only make 4 or 5 home games a year.

You think we've got it bad - Penrith have only had 1 or 2 Sunday home games in the last 2 YEARS!

And a yearly fixture at North Sydney Oval, with a T20 match on beforehand.

Night games at Parra are entertaining, look good on TV and with so much parking around, are safer to get from and to then grounds where you need to catch public transport.

Sadly, thems the facts :(

Turncoat  I'll turn up to any Parra home game and even a few of the away ones outside of Sydney. Sunday games are really great for getting families out to the game.
