As far as the Waratahs go, they for mine were never really in that match. Two of their tries were completely against the run of play, very opportunistic from Peter Hewat. The Hurricanes just didn't complete enough set plays to rack up 40.

The non entering of their tips by Bayrep and Iafeta has opened the comp wide open.
Its still within reach of around 10 tippers .

Interesting ( and perhaps fortunate for our leaders) that the 2 latecomers, sharkey mullens and twizzle are powering their way up the board and could give the regulars a real shock next year.

The comp will go down to the Super 12 Final and may possibly be decided by that game
