Leeds 42 - 24 Leigh Att: 14,026
Wigan 24 - 26 Huddersfield Att: 10,057 :D
Widnes 22 - 29 Saints Att: 7,641
Bradford 24 - 44 Warrington Att: 14,428
London 34 - 18 Salford Att: 2,997
Wakefield 28 - 35 Hull Att: 5,194

Sounds like a cracking performance from Leigh against a near full strength Leeds team. According to the flashes of texts I received from mates at the game, it was in the balance for a while in the second half, until Leeds pulled away late on.

As for Wigan, great stuff from Huddersfield. Ian Millward was at the game for Sky Sports as match summariser, and was probably given a tour of his new office by the Wigan board, if they have any sense.

Widnes played very well to trouble a very poor Saints side. As with the Leeds game, the scores were level with about 15 to play. Saints need to find themselves before they play Leeds next week.

Are Warrington now serious contenders after their recent form? It looks like it! That win came with Chris Bridge stepping up to replace the injured Lee Briers, so often the man who Warrington looked to.

London's win was vital for them after their shocking run recently.

(just joking)

Well done to the Giants but when will Wigan realise that Moran is not creative enough to start at #7, he should be used to make an impact from the bench.

I think at the 65 minute mark Leeds and Leigh were 24 all.

Wigan's problem no 7 is a hole they've dug for themselves by letting Luke Robinson go so they could keep Lam for an extra year.18-0 up at half time.

Looks like Millward wasted no time, and moved into his office the next day

I think Wigan this season are lacking the guys to put in 80 mins of hard work up front. It's hard for any no 7 when your side falls away. I wonder what Maurice's scouting trip down under will turn up?

What looks like a strong win to Warrington makes things interesting in the middle. Hull always seem to let in the most points against for their wins?
And London still needing something to help them draw larger home crowds...

They're lacking a leader and a decent playmaker IMO. Moran is a good support and individual player but probably not the sort of scrum half they need. Arguably, Luke Robinson was.
