Morning all.

Bored and tired.

Gallbladder removed due to infection/necrosis. I'll remember that pain for a long time.
Oh man, one of the people in my ward after cancer surgery last month had a gallbladder that had to come out. He sounded like he was in a world of pain. My Father is an old schooler, and even he complained about the pain before having it removed, and he'd had his hand crushed in a mining accident and kidney stones, said this was way worse.

Did you have morphine? Hopefully not for too long - that stuff clogs you up something shocking.

Morphine for a while but pain has passed to a manageable level after gallbladder was removed and they put me in a clear liquid diet. Back to work in 4-5 weeks.

Worst was the fasting that I had to go through. 1 day and 3/4ths of the day without food or water for ultrasound and catscans.
