I am new to supercoach this season, I got spanked all season long and I only won 3 games but I traded heavy in the last 6 or so rounds and now I score 1000+ every week for the last few weeks, i'm in the semi final with the guy who topped the bottom half of the ladder, he bea t me by 1 single point last time and since then I have recruited Cam Smith and Billy Slater, I am hopeful I can win..

only problem is that Vatuvei is out and my backup winger (Stapleton) has been dropped by the sharkies so now I got no winger, what should I do?

I have tried everything and I can't get a player into that slot..

If you have trades left, go all out and trade Vatuvei for Halatau, they're very similarly priced and Halatau is the best buy in the centres/wingers atm.

In that case, your auto emergency will come in (that's the lowest scoring player that you didn't select). Just hope for you that you don't have a nuffie that will score 8 or 10 pts... Still better than nothing I guess.

Glad you didn't have trades and didn't follow my advice. I just realised that Halatau is out for the season with a knee injury...

And I hope that my gamble on Thaiday ahead of Houston will pay dividends, as I think he will have a monster game on Sunday.
