Pretty inspirational man, I'm going to start trying again from Monday onwards. Cut down the beers [been drinking way too much lately] and cut out all the carbs and get on the ol dreadmill.Yoyo for the first 24, wasn't working too well, was hungry as shit, weak for the week I wasn't eating. Now keto for the last 13 which is much more sustainable, way more energy than I have ever had, and never hungry.
