Roberts would be one of the best players going around if he had half the patience and smarts of, say, Thurston. He'd have to be the single most frustrating player to coach I reckon

Patience and smarts are not really 2 words I'd associate with JT for most of his career. Always been a very instinctive player.

Although in the twilight of his career he's become pretty good at forcing dropouts instead of rolling the dice on the 5th.

Every now and then I get reminded that this song exists and I just have to watch the clip

Probably one of the worst things I've ever seen

See I think JT has both in spades...maybe not in the same sense as a Cronk, but especially over the last few years he always seems to take the right option and he's fantastic at building pressure. He is instinctive, but that doesn't preclude patience and intelligence. It's just a different kind of both.

I think Khawaja needs an extended stint or to be stamped. Stop giving him 2 or 3 Tests here and there. Let him have a decent shot at it or find someone you're willing to give a decent shot. I still think we could learn a lot from the way England have stuck with youngsters in the past. Cook started a very ordinary player with potential, now look at him
Cook had about 7 test tons by 24, he started off great, hit a rough patch after that.

I dont like shoving a guy in at number three to start his career. Should've had an extended run at 6 when he first came in the side but S Marsh got that ton and grabbed his spot. And then was a numpty

I will acknowledge that you probably know more on the subject than I do. But from everything I've heard wholegrains are an important part of a healthy diet.

Some experts don't agree with that. For example Dr Timothy Noakes. I think while we may not have needed wholegrains 10,000 years ago because of the toxins most of us put in our bodies now we need them.

There's two types of fibre. Soluble fibre, which is found in fruit and vegetables, this type of fibre clears out cholestrol. Insoluble fibre is found in unprocessed bran. This fibre adds bulk to help clear your bowels.

Pretty sure you're wrong there. Lots of vegetables contain insoluble fibre, and some grains are full of soluble fibre.

You can get both types without eating grains.
