I'll likely be here another year. Don't you have a teacher's degree already? TEFL isn't really necessary, plus you can earn more money as a qualified teacher.

Both easy. Lots of demand here, and dependent on the school, it's pretty easy. If you've worked with kids before, you'll be fine. You don't need to know Chinese and they don't expect you to be Robin Williams from Dead Poets. Hell, most places would love it if they could just hire a robot to read to the kids.
