Lol I bought that belt because it was one of only three designs for those types of belts jay jays had, I bought one if each and lime green is my favorite colour.

Luckily I have some anti inflams. I was just taking the dog for a run. But he got too tired and I had to pick him up and carry him home as I hobbled.

I'll stick to treadmills. Much easier on the knee :(

How're the Kayanos going for you?

I found treadmills were even worse for my legs than road runs were. I switched to Vibram running back in 2010 and my leg problems disappeared pretty quickly.

It bugs me that you losers are getting laid and I'm not.

Maybe that makes you the loser? ;-)

I heart them. Like running on clouds.

My physios have always just said not to run on hard surfaces like roads ect. My knee is f**ked up after 4 surgeries anyway. I litterally can't see my knee cap from fluid/swelling now so I've chucked some ice on seeing as im awake.

I find it easier to run out doors. I'm more comfortable I guess/am really unco on a treadmill. Just need to find me some nice grass. This is the first time I've been able to jog since I did my knee when i was 11...considering I'd made the state 200m team for my school that year it's been a long road.

I still can't run fast or far but gosh I'm gonna try. And I feel so proud every time I set myself a new time/distance goal and I get there. Least im trying :)

Anywho. Had a terrible dream about someone I wish I hadn't. Woke up crying and my pillow was wet from tears :(

Wedding yesterday. Was a groomsmen. All groomsmen were married. All bridesmaids were single.

Awesome time on the dance floor. Really enjoyable!

Not at all, have you seen the kind of losers that still manage to get laid?

Don't really like any crustaceans personally. Crabs, prawns, lobster...nah. Mussels and scallops are awesome but fish is still king of seafood. Just cos there's so many different kinds
