That does help to a degree.

But most people have hundreds of friends. The odds of one of them being a creep is sadly a lot higher than most people would like to imagine.

And even if that isn't an issue, Facebook sells your info all over the place, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they sell access to photos aswell.

Once you put anything on the internet, even a fully privatised Facebook page, you cannot be 100% sure what is going to happen to that information.
