Living the dream
I have savings..which I hope I don't have to spend too much more of lolGet a job you lazy prick!
I did introduction to project management (2 day course) and then after getting my foot in the door working on small projects, you do the advanced training course. It's pretty much the same thing except it's all done on PC. That's where you gradually work your way up.Project management seems okay from what I saw of it, what sort of qualification would you need for that though?
Im just jealous. I have a good job and I still don't like it, I'm just one of those guys who'll never love working I think
There was a small project management module when I did the I.T Diploma at TAFE maybe I can bullshit my way in with that lolI did introduction to project management (2 day course) and then after getting my foot in the door working on small projects, you do the advanced training course. haha nah I'm the same, just lucky I don't have any heavy financial commitments to worry about at the momentIm just jealous. I have a good job and I still don't like it, I'm just one of those guys who'll never love working I think
Have you been looking around for another line of work? Or studying..I think I remember you said you were looking into thatI work too much and too hard. Look where it's got me.
If you're currently working in IT ask your manager if they are willing to pay for you to do a project management course and outline how it could benefit the business. It'll look better on your CV than a tafe moduleThere was a small project management module when I did the I.T Diploma at TAFE maybe I can bullshit my way in with that lol
Not working atm. If I don't get my old job back I'd definitely be looking towards the bigger company that do pay for certifications and training. If you're currently working in IT ask your manager if they are willing to pay for you to do a project management course and outline how it could benefit the business.
