It was on FB. The Liverpool fans here are generally pretty good people, aside from being Liverpool fans.

Anyone see the hypnotist on the Today show this morning?

I'll give you a little run down.

The weather check with Stevie Jacobs at 6:40 had some hypnotist in the studio and there were about 6 or 7 ladies sitting down on a bench near by. After the weather, they show these girls who were under hypnosis (it's not actually b/s, they are under a mild form of it like they were when Peter Powers was on the footy show back in 2003).

He said "When I click my fingers you will imagine that you're in Far NQ and it's very hot, 40+ degrees and you will be exhausted." He clicked, and they did the usual stretching their shirts, fanning themselves with their hands etc... (there eyes were all closed), then he said "Now when I click my fingers you'll be in Melbourne and it will be freezing cold" - bang, they all started shivering etc.... then he told them to cuddle up to the person next to them to keep warm... so they did this (eyes still closed). Then he said... "Now when I click my fingers you will be wide awake and the person next to you will have the nicest smell you've ever smelt and you'll want to sniff them."

:lol: They did this, and you can imagine how it looked. All these girls sniffing each other LMAO... Karl Stefanovic had a priceless look on his face lol. It looked like it was about to turn into a girls orgy lol... oh that's the first time in a long time I've LOLed at that show!

This week is pretty awesome for me, work-wise. I'm off to BFE for two days of testing, which sucks, but means minimal actual teaching for me as there is roughly 5 hours of testing for them to do.

Wednesday is an office day to wrap up marking, and then I have Thursday & Friday off. Boo to the yah!

Ironic that UP bags Everton and United fans for being obsessed with Liverpool. My bookface feed for the last 9 months has been choked up by Liverpool fans talking about United. Only when they thought they had the league won did they start talking about their own club.

There sure was a lot of anti United stuff from the fans on my FB page too. Odd, given it was City and Chelsea who gave them more of a run for the title.

The simple fact is that's the nature of a true rivalry: you spend a fair chunk of your time thinking about the other team and wishing failure on them. Liverpool-United is a true rivalry. Both fan bases go out of their way to take pot shots at each other in any way they can. The Liverpool-Everton and United-City rivalries are much more one-sided.

Dutchy. I've finished reading the GoT books and nothing I've read changes the opinions I had a couple weeks ago that made you so mad. I still think I'm right about the endgame. Cersei's prophecy just makes me even more convinced. She thinks it's about Margaery but it clearly hints at DT.

I've thought from very early on that Daenerys sits on the Iron Throne at the end of the series. And she'll have 2 husbands to ride the other 2 dragons. And since Stannis and Melisandre were first introduced I've thought that Daenerys is who Melisandre thinks Stannis is.
