Yeah, my experience this year most have been stoked to be competitive again, this last two months where we've sudddenly thrust ourselves into title contention have been a (very welcome) surprise.

I thought we were going into the season with the 5th/6th best squad, and we might have an outside shot if things went well at 4th place thanks to not having european football at all. Suddenly we're a huge shot at winning the league. If you can't enjoy that then you can't enjoy anything.

And after the (rightful) shit we've copped the last 5 years or so it's even more enjoyable.

Just hope we don't f**k it up from here.

Leeds were my football team before I followed football, largely because they had so many Aussies on the books.

Only one group are unhappy about this though;-)


As useless as he is, I think alot is also how good Fergie was, his last title really was with a mediocre squad (helped by a red hot RVP and seasons from Evra and Ferdinand that went against the trajectory's their careers were taking).

Moyes inherited a deeply flawed squad and has not made particularly good purchases on top of that.
