Remember last week I was saying I freaking hate those little shit teens using Martin Place as their own skate park? Well... now they've certainly done it. They have been using one of those make-shift ramps with astro turf in front of the building next door that's undergoing a restoration, and they're using THAT as their ramp. I don't wish death, illness or injury upon anyone, but in this case, I can make an exception.

I wish them several scraped knees and elbows (considering they aren't wearing pads), and on top of that, I wish them an injury so severe that it'll break their pain threshold barrier that has them crying in unbearable pain. A painful lesson is the only way they'll learn!

Aw....but natural selection is fun.

They're probably thinking why is there a weird looking bloke wearing a bike helmet watching us from the same park bench everyday? It doesn't even look like he owns a bike.

That's it - helmets. The other thing they're not wearing.

Q - Do I have to be wearing a helmet?
A - No, but you might be considered stupid not to. (Except in SA where a bicycle helmet is mandatory)

Also...

Q - Can I skate on the footpath?
A - Yes. However you must keep to the left of the footpath or shared path unless it is impracticable to do so; and you must give way to any pedestrian (except a person traveling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy) who is on the footpath or shared path. On a footpath or shared path bicycle riders must give way to skateboarders.
note: You must not skate on a footpath that has been specifically signposted as no wheeled toys allowed.
These idiots were skating to the right.

Sorry Drew, but I laughed way to hard at this due to it being posted by someone studying to be a priest/minister

hahaha

reminds of one of the better ones ive come up with on the spot, helping a friend out with some problems that involves frequent trips to weekly meetings a few years ago. On the way to the first one which was at a church the priest that was still around but not involved with the meeting asked to talk to me and without missing a beat I turned around and said "aren't I a bit old for you?".

Went down like a lead balloon

how can you score 4 tries to 3 and still lose ?
be parra

The hypocrisy in The Fight Club is hilarious.
My favourite was when they decried the AFL has homophobic after someones (mayber akermanis) comments.

Probably amongst the several thousand posts by El D, Brutus, Hiney et al that somehow manage to accuse anyone who has watched or played AFL of being gay, decrying it as a game for poofs and so on and so forth.

It's a pathetic collection of individuals in there

I enjoy that fact that they seem to have no insight into their behavior

Also El seems to know an aweful lot about AFL for somebody who hates it
