I propose that the next superthread heading should honour the Raiders for the dispersing of Karma for footy fans everywhere.

f**k me, I know I had a rough week last week in terms of sleep; but I just woke up at 7pm after basically sleeping away Easter.

Aside from waking up for about ninety minutes to eat something, post on LU, and catch the second half of the Raiders/Storm game (good finish) - I've wasted an entire day.

At the bottom of the 4th yesterday we were up 4-0. We managed to lose that 5-11. Combine that with todays score and thats a total of 2-27 in the last 14 innings. It takes a special kind of suckage to be on the receiving end of that.

And for those that don't know Baseball, the Yankees are sort of a City-United hybrid. Their budget is bigger than everybody elses, and several times bigger than the smallest teams. And even with all that they start going to shit almost as soon as I begin to follow them.

I really do have a talent for ruining teams I get behind.

Are you really familiar enough with the Yankees to be referring to it them as 'we' ?
Would you be able to name more than 5 current players? (I don't expect you to answer on here now because anyone can google it)
Perhaps you are but I don't think I've ever seen you mention supporting them besides the other day listing the teams across different sports
