Well the station itself is understandable - that one I believe will get a $10,000,000 face lift (unlike Wynyard which is getting a $100,000,000 one). Plus it has the largest escalator I've ever seen in Sydney.

However with the area itself, those 3 buildings that are getting renovated will look awesome once, complete, especially the old ANZ building that, to date, is only a steel skelton.
