I got hom from work at 2am and got up at 6:30 and raced 8km, and threw up on a beach as part of this run. I also feel pretty wrecked.

wow so some amazing storms here last night & today..

about 2.30am it all started, felt like the thunder was happening right above my house..

had the kids up, scared.. mrs muzby not liking it.. even had the dog under my window whimpering..

had to be everybody's rock..



thankfully i'm not scared of thunder...

I haven't had a macca's burger in just about five months, been through there three times in that period, twice when hungover and I needed a frozen coke and once when i didnt want to fall asleep on the drive home so i got a coffee. Since found out 7/11 has $1 coffee so that cuts that one out as well.

Never eat burger king, kfc, subway etc anyway. Domino's occasionally because it's open on the way home from work if I haven't eaten.

One session of uni that involved late nights, commuting + working nights and the associated weight gain was enough to snap me out of a bit of complacency re diet (and especially being unable to exercise enough it was pretty noticeable).

mind you, that was after i had been at the races and drinking since before midday, so i had an excuse..

double zinger burger..

that hurt the next morning..

in more ways than one..
