Horrible.

There were a few summer floods when I lived in China but I can't imagine much worse than a grim Chinese winter with a flood. Sounds downright awful.

Better than average chance he won't even thank you and then he'll invoice you for minor cosmetic flaws. They're utter pricks when it comes to this stuff over there.

Mine tried to get me for rust on the installed drying rack, water damage below said drying rack and also tried to steal the Rice Cooker and Easy Bake Oven I bought. What he didn't know is that I broke the curtain runners and the coffee table and held them together with blue tac for the inspection. Suck shit.

I had just found a bunch of IS I was going to apply for too,annoying.

I'm not staying in Asia unless it at an IS, f**k language Centres and the shitty pay.

In my year of TEFLING in China, I don't think a single month went by where I didn't owe my local bar a small fortune of a tab by the end of the pay cycle.

There's some well paid jobs in the industry, but they are rare as hens teeth. My missus is getting a Bachelor of Primary Ed because she's sick of it.

I was thinking of doing the same, I don't want to teach Secondary. Unfortunately no Primary Schools want a PDHPE major. Should only be another 2 years study, minus some subjects I'm already accredited.
