Mum just gashed her knuckle cutting ham for tomorrow, had to bail to the hospital because she can't move her thumb.

Everything is on me now

Lucky I'm a festive merkin.

Cheers guys.

Probably won't be HH, surgery off till the morning. Gonna be weird to have Christmas without mum, sergeant that she is.

She's hoping once she's out of anesthesia she can go, but with her being diabetic she thinks they'll keep her in to be safe.

Saw my pup playing with a real young baby bird earlier today. Must have fallen out of it's nest the poor bastard. She was picking it up and throwing it around with her mouth as she does with all her toys/some foods. She loves throwing stuff around like that especially if it's alive, rarely ever harms them on purpose (i.e start chewing it/clawing at it) though unless it's an insect. After she'd been playing with it for a minute or so and thrown it around a couple of times I managed to get our pup away from it, so Mum went to pick it up ready for the bin and the f**king thing chirped and started moving its wings! Ended up moving it out of our yard, it's a goner for sure but I didn't really feel like watching it be slowly killed and ripped apart by our pup.
