I had chest pains years back and turns out it was from bad posture and tense muscles after a switch to a desk job.

If its your youngest brother it could also be growing pains. A cousin of mine grew so rapidly he started having shortness of breath and chest pains. They were muscular based as well.

Yeah, I would imagine it's muscular for him as well. He's 26 and works out every day. Said overdoing it meant having a hernia operation 3-4 weeks ago, so he's been laid up ever since. Could be that his muscles were just unused to such lack of use.

I hope the dragons win tonight. I feel pretty dirty saying that though

I would love a count of how many fridays have featured Brisbane, Canterbury and Manly in the last 5 years or so. Every third friday or so it seems to happen. I f**king hate these teams and, Manly aside, they've largely played shitboring in that time as well.

Also I hope this rain clears up for Sunday, going to the game at Leichhardt

I've contemplated it a time or two. Problem is I don't want to do a doctorate in my first discipline (theatre) and I've yet to even finish the first semester of my new one (tourism).

Very well done muzby. I believe it is always good to be considering further options when it comes to future education, career etc. Just before it gets too serious though, make sure you have a good break. Nothing worse than getting half way though a PhD and burning out. Take some good, quality time to think about it while you enjoy celebrating your latest success.

This Saturday is shaping up as tremendously boring.

Spent the last two hours mass emailing hotels in Beijing and Nanjing hoping to score a press rate in exchange for reviews/social media mentions through the site.

Now get to spend the afternoon editing a lengthy, poorly written Kilimanjaro climber's guide for my Tanzanian employer.

Missed brunch with friends. Missing stand up paddle boarding. Not even sure I'll be done in time for tonight's booziness.
