I've started playing squash with my Dad and younger brothers since I got home.

Bloody loving the game, but damned if it isn't a hell of a workout when your Dad has been playing for 30+ years and your brothers are former state athletes who haven't let themselves go.

It's great cardio, if nothing else :lol:

Used to play it against my mates after a workout at the gym

Also had a punishment of standing against the wall for a minute while the hit the ball at you. Can't remember what the punishment was for though.

I do find it bizarre that people are operating under the delusion that Islam is somehow worse than other religions.
