Yeah, but how many will be turned off if it's raining tomorrow?

Forecast is for light rain on Saturday and heavy rain Sunday. Lets hope the heavy doesn't come early.

But yes I also know of 2 more planning to join our group of 12 tomorrow. So I think many people have left it late. But the problem is they are not locked in. I've seen this before with Sydney crowds, we wont beat 28K.

Yes, on the majority we are arrogant pricks who think the game begins and ends in Australia and to a lesser extent Sydney.

The media is partly to blame, they are making Sydney siders think like this. I don't know how to change it, but this is the biggest issue facing RL in Australia in my opinion.

Yep 100% correect

sh*ts me to tears at times.

well to have the stadium over half full on friday is good.

A lot of members are rugby league fans so Im sure they will be in attendance.

Walk ups will be massive as Joe Public succumbs to a constant barrage of RL media in recent weeks.

I can't grasp the thought of Melbourne getting an higher attendance than us. How can a 1 team city which averages 10,000ish beat a city with 9 NRL teams who average 15,000...

Because half the people who go to games in Sydney won't have a team to support tomorrow night!

They support Australia or are you trying to say the supporters who are a different nationality or something?

Just a comment on the cultural/national make-up of Sydney.
Oh but wait a minute they had muslims wearing Australian flags at the Lakemba mosque today so maybe I'm wrong.

Sydneysiders are a fickle lot.

I love the place, but i've got mates who are dead keen RL fans that just won't get up and go unless everything is organised for them.

Lazy pricks.

21K is a worry. 5k would be a really decent walkup, but that only gives us 26k-odd.

Not good at all...

Well sydney only got 29,000 last year for the Kiwis test.....

Why sydney gets the final i dont know when Brisbane can get 40,000 for a ANZAC and Melborne 30,000....
