should be compensation involved IMO.

Actually given the innocent till proven guilty mantra - any compensation should goto the player for unjust dismissal and not the club.

Thats also known as slavery - a concept that has since been done away with. You cannot sack someone then have rights to re-employ with no refusal option.

Yup the club has to make a call one way or the other and live by it. Like usual the Raiders made the wrong one.
